Marta Spurgeon

Marta Spurgeon is a researcher and consultant at Doblin, with a concentration on gaining an understanding of users’ behaviors and needs. Marta's analysis skills help clients create new approaches to serving their customers better and to competing in growing markets, and she enjoys meeting the challenges inherent in developing viable design strategies. Marta contributes to the refinement of research process, planning, and execution. She also aids in the coordination, maintenance, and inventory of research facilities at Doblin.

Marta has studied and applied herself in the fields of fine arts, ethnographic photography, education, library science, and international development. She holds a degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Pacific islands of Micronesia.
