To help you develop innovation intent Doblin will:

• Conduct research designed specifically to inform innovation intents including diagnosing innovation conditions, identifying internal orthodoxies and blind spots, uncovering latent and blatant customer desires and identifying new technologies and innovations emerging in other industries.
  
  
• Author a small number of candidate innovation themes
  
  
• Create a set of illustrative innovation concepts to make these themes vivid and easy to experience
  
  
• Conduct a series of workshops and meetings with executives carefully selected from the across an organization. Participants explore opportunity spaces with protocols designed to both generate uptake and use their time effectively.
  
  
• Collectively author statements that define stretch goals in ways that open up options instead of closing them down, while inspiring and focusing talent across the enterprise.
