I lead teams that tackle innovation challenges. I am passionate about helping large organizations unlock the value of a human-centered, design-led approach to developing and delivering better experiences, services, and products for their users.
As a project manager, I collaborate with diverse teams of researchers, designers, technologists, and analysts to solve complex problems for clients from a variety of industries. I work closely with clients to define innovation strategies, create new offerings, and establish organizational approaches to innovation.
I joined Doblin in 2012 after working as a strategy consultant with Monitor Group. I started my career as a teacher and have also spent brief stints as a product manager and policy analyst. Over the years I have worked in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, DC, London, and Jakarta.
