Business

Although we live in a world where technology is omnipresent and can do remarkable things, technology alone isn’t enough to make change. Meaningful change requires understanding and predicting human behavior. I am insatiably curious about human beings, their decision making, and their interactions. I enjoy intersecting human-centered design, business, and technology to create meaningful impact.

My other passion revolves around helping at-risk youth; specifically low-income, minority children. I help kids find their identity, self-confidence, and sense of purpose through an amazing organization called Roads to Success. I currently serve on the Board of Directors.

I am a business strategist by training, but I am a researcher at heart. I have focused on building my cross-functional and multidisciplinary skills across business, design, and insights. I became enamored with design thinking when I joined the Doblin family in late 2016. Before that I was part of Monitor, Deloitte’s core strategy practice. I graduated with a B.S. in Business and Political Economy and a minor in Advanced Mathematics from New York University’s Stern School of Business. I am a native speaker of Spanish and English.
