Business, Insights

I am a business designer focused on helping organizations develop human-centred innovation strategies. I have worked in manufacturing, healthcare, transportation, financial services, construction and building materials, and public services.

Prior to Doblin, I managed special projects for a US-based global manufacturer, working on growth and innovation initiatives in North America, Central America, Asia, and Europe. I also worked as a researcher for a leading think tank, exploring the ‘Future of Work’ for Fortune 1000 companies and as a contributor to two published books: Wikibrands: Reinventing your Company in a Customer-Driven Marketplace (McGraw-Hill) and Great CEOs and How They Are Made: The Seven Imperatives (CGN Publishing).

An avid photographer, I have a bias for observation and detail—a trait that I love bringing into design projects. My photographs, which explore the intersection of design, architecture, and public space, have been featured in Dwell, Fast Company, Azure, the Scotiabank CONTACT Photography Festival and the 2014 Venice Biennale of Architecture.
