Insights

Leading design research and strategy on Doblin projects, I guide clients and multi-disciplinary teams through a user-centered design thinking approach to help create and launch solutions that aim to transform industries and markets. I also work to coach clients—along with colleagues—in cultivating these human-centered innovation capabilities themselves. A practice of learning, idea sharing, and story-telling builds upon the different perspectives of team members while helping clients develop innovation skills. With more than 10 years of experience, I have worked in healthcare, government, consumer goods, retail, telecom, transportation, and industrials in North America, Asia, and Europe.

Before joining Doblin, I worked as a photographer, an educator and international developer. I've lived and worked on three continents and one tiny island. Those experiences were formative and the skills learned through them—approaches to ethnography and anthropology, critical analysis and problem solving, and visual documentation—mingle well together in my design strategy work.
