Design, Insights

Hamburg

With a background as an Industrial Designer, I develop services, products and innovative propositions at Doblin. Empathy and behavioral design are essential in my work, allowing me to discover new insights and potential for clients and users. As a designer, the human perception and cognitive psychology sparks a lot of inspiration and motivation in me. I believe that designers have to pay more attention to the human perception, engaging and delighting the consumer in physical and experiential situations. I have a strong passion and motivation for research, I ideate in unknown territories and I balance rapidly developing technologies with the most essential human needs and behaviors.

My previous professional experience reaches from exhibition design, interactive concepts, strategic and product design to the development of digital services for companies and clients such as BMW, GS1 Germany, Villeroy & Boch and Brita Water Filtration Systems.

As a person, I am a true “northern light” as we would say in Germany. Growing up by the sea in Hamburg and having lived in Sweden for the past two years, I love a fresh breeze, the waterfront and the harbor. Outside of work I enjoy quality time with my four siblings, go for long walks and host even longer cooking sessions with friends. At work and in my personal life, I love to combine elements that do not necessarily fit together at first sight but which create tension and potential at second glance.
